With the advent of models such as the Tofinou and Bounty, along with a range
of trailerable sport sailboats ofvarious makes, the concept of dayboat sailing has suddenly become very popular.
This is also characteristic of recreational activities, where water sports are integrated with a combination of good times and living on or near the water.

Although Etap Yachting, whose new management has relocated its production operations abroad, is present to demonstrate that the legions of Etap sailors can count on continuity, Belgium is predominantly an importer of sailing yachts.
The major players who are professionally represented in the region are clustered around the Sail Jetty in Hall 1: X-Yachts, Bavaria, Feeling, Dufour, and so on.
Jeanneau is even unveiling several new yachts, including the Jeanneau ‘Yacht' 57', which was not even exhibited in Paris.
